AI Compilation Layer

Converts policy data and case materials into structured building blocks: schemas, policy blocks, signals, query plans, and decision narratives.

Based on the totality of the information, the system will then provide the human decisionmaker with a recommended decision, a breakdown of why the decision was made, and access to all data reviewed by the system in a cohesive, digestible and user-friendly manner.

Decision Execution Layer

Runs only approved policy blocks against standardized case profiles, enforces strict scope and version rules, and outputs canonical decisions plus tamper-evident records. This provides a reviewable outcome enabling a case officer to make accurate, reliable decisions in a fraction of the time.

This allows for policy updates to be implemented quickly while providing a trustworthy and reviewable process for the human decisionmaker. The system has all policy and case data inputted and compiles the data into structured artifacts. Applicants’ cases will but inputted to the system and a review of the totality of data will generate discovery and fraud signals, as well as highlight sections of an applications that are incomplete or inaccurate.

To that end, Cranes aims to utilize emerging technology to enable the immigration process to work as intended while minimizing mistakes, increasing accurate decisions aligned with current policy, and ensuring that adversarial applicants do not enter the country.

Further, Cranes aims to reduce costs and overly burdensome, antiquated processes with our technology to ensure unnecessary money spent on these processes can be moved to more critical mission sets.
